Kathryn Curling, GRI Associate Broker: I spend my time working on my real estate business developing it with the consumer in mind every step of the way. The goal is to provide the tools, skill and adherence to the code of ethics to those people who choose to become my clients. Having lived on Smith Mountain Lake since 2001, I can pretty much picture most of the 500 miles of shoreline in my head. Owning a boat allows my clients to often see the property from the water. This is a very appealing and fun activity. My spare time is spent entertaining friends and learning something NEW. Right now it is American History.
